Uganda 5,000 Shillings Banknote, 2005, P-44b, UNC

The Uganda 5,000 Shillings banknote is part of the 2005 issues. It is violet in color and measures 150 x 75 mm. The obverse side shows Lake Bunyonyi and terraces, the coat of arms, leaves, a bank emblem, and the equator monument near Masaka. The reverse side features railroad cars and Kaawa ferry, and a coffee bush. This banknote uses a solid security thread with a demetalized 5000 and contains a watermark with a crested crane design.
