The Uganda 50 Shilling banknote is part of the family of notes issued by the Bank of Uganda in 1998. The red banknotes obverse features the coat of arms, the outline map of Uganda, and the seal of the Bank of Uganda. The reverse of the note is the Parliament building in Kampala.The 142 x 69 mm paper bill comes with a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a crested crane. This Uganda 50 Shilling banknote has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
