The Ukraine 1 Karbovanets banknote was issued by the National Bank of Ukraine in 1991. It has a color combination of light brown and yellow. The obverse side shows the statue of Lybid in Navodnytsky Park, Kyiv. The reverse side features Saint Sophias Cathedral in Kyiv. The banknote has no security thread but contains a watermark that reveals a parquet pattern. It is 105 x 53 mm in size and is in used condition. This banknote has also been TAP authenticated.
