The United Arab Emirates 1,000 Dirham banknote is part of the family of notes released by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank in 2015. On its obverse design is the coat of arms of the country. The front of the note also shows the Al Hosn Palace or the White Fort in Abu Dhabi. Centered on the brown banknotes reverse is the Abu Dhabi skyline with Corniche, a saker falcon, and a saker falcons head. The 163 x 70 mm paper bill holds a holographic stripe with the denomination. It also carries a windowed security thread with a demetalized UAE 1000. Additionally, the banknote bears a watermark that reflects a saker falcons head with an electrotype 1000 and a coffee pot. This particular banknote has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
