This note is a replacement note for a 10 UAE dirham note. The 10 UAE dirham note is dated 2013 and signed by Finance Minister Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Chairman Khalifa al-Kindi. It is a green note that measures 147 mm x 62 mm. Its obverse side features a traditional dagger called a khanjar. Its reverse side shows a Saker falcon and a date farm. Security features include a solid security thread with demetalized UAE 10 and a watermark of a Saker falcon head with an electrotype 10 and coffee pot. It is also a superb gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average margins and registration. Thus, it is graded 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
