The United Arab Emirates - UAE 5 Dirham banknote was issued by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank in 2007 (AH1428). The brown banknote features the coat of arms of UAE and the Blue Souk in Sharjah on its obverse. The back of the paper bill depicts a Saker falcon, the Bay of Khorfakkan in Fujairah, and a tower. The banknote is 143 x 60 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with a demetalized UAE 5. It also has a watermark that reflects a Saker falcon’s head with an electrotype 5 and a coffee pot.
