The United Arab Emirates 5 Dirham banknote was issued by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank in 2013. The banknote comes in brown and features the Central Market or the Blue Souk on its obverse. The front design also consists of the new coat of arms that depicts the national flag surrounded by stars on the Saker falcons chest. The banknotes reverse displays a tower at the Bay of Khorfakkan and a saker falcon. The paper bill is 143 x 60 mm in size and has a solid security thread with a demetalized UAE 5. It also bears a watermark that reflects the head of a saker falcon. This UAE 5 Dirham banknote has been given a grade of 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
