The United Arab Emirates 50 Dirham banknote was issued by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank in 2011. At the center of its front side is the country’s emblem while at the right side is an oryx head with a silver foil stamp. Featured on its reverse design are the Fort Jahili at Al Ain and a saker falcon. The banknote measures 151 x 64 mm and has a windowed security thread with a demetalized UAE 50. The paper bill also has a watermark reflecting a saker falcon’s head with an electrotype 50 and a coffee pot.
