This note is a replacement print for a 50 UAE dirham note from 2014. It is a pink and purple note that bears the signatures of Hamdan bin Raschid Al Maktum and Khalifa al-Kindi and measures 151 mm x 64 mm. Its obverse side shows an oryx. Its reverse side shows the Al Jahli Fort. Security features include a 3-mm wide windowed security thread with demetalized UAE 50 and a watermark that shows a Saker falcon head, electrotype 50, and a coffee pot design. It is also a gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average centering. Thus, it is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
