The United States of America - USA 1 Dollar Banknote was issued by the Federal Reserve in 1977 as a replacement/star banknote. Its obverse features George Washington at the center, the treasurer’s signature and the bank seal at the left, and the Secretary’s signature and the Treasury seal at the right. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the denomination spelled out at the center flanked by the Great Seal of the United States. The note has red and blue embedded fibers and raised intaglio printing on cotton-linen blend material. It measures 156 x 66 mm and is in uncirculated condition. This particular paper bill has been TAP authenticated.
