The American dollar banknote is the lowest denomination in American paper currency. The obverse has Gilbert Stuarts The Athenaeum Portrait of George Washington, the first president of USA, at the center, with the Treasurers signature and the Federal Reserve Bank seal to its left, and the Secretarys signature and the Treasury Seal at its right. The reverse features both sides of the Great Seal of the United States, with the national arms on the right and the unfinished pyramid with the Eye of Providence on the left. The note measures 156 mm by 67 mm.
