The Uruguay 10,000 Pesos Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Uruguay in 1974. It has a color combination of orange, green, pink, and yellow. The obverse of the banknote features the coat of arms of Uruguay and Jose Garcia Artigas. The reverse depicts the Palacio Estevez (Estevez Palace) in Plaza Independencia in Montevideo. The banknote contains a solid security thread with printed Uruguay. It also has a watermark that reveals Jose Gervacio Artigas and 10,000 pattern. It measures 155 x 69 mm and is signed by Walter Garrido and Juan Cesar Pacchiotti. This particular Series B banknote is in uncirculated condition.
