The Uruguay 100 Nuevos Pesos banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Uruguay in 1987. The note has hints of green, orange, blue, pink, and purple. Its obverse features the coat of arms of Uruguay and Jose Gervasio Artigas. The banknotes reverse depicts the Palacio Estevez in Plaza Independencia in Montevideo. The paper bill is 159 x 74 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with printed URUGUAY. It also carries a simulated watermark that shows Jose Gervasio Artigas. This particular banknote is part of the G series and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
