Uruguay 200 Pesos Uruguay Banknote, 2015, P-96a, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Uruguay 200 Pesos Uruguayos banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Uruguay in 2015. The banknote comes in a combination of brown, purple, green, and orange. Its obverse features the denomination as a registration device and the coat of arms of Uruguay. The note also reflects laurels, a scroll, and an artists palette as a registration device, the map of Uruguay in green Optically Variable Ink, and Pedro Figari. The reverse of the paper bill illustrates Baile Antiguo or Old Dance depicting men and women in the ballroom with chandeliers. Laurels, a scroll, and an artists palette are also visible. The banknote is 159 x 74 mm in size and bears a windowed security thread with a demetalized URUGUAY. It also has a watermark that reflects Pedro Figari and an electrotype Doscientos and 200 stacked three times. This paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
