This 200 Peso Uruguayo coin commemorates the turn of the new millennium. It is a silver coin with a fineness of 0.900. Its obverse side shows the Southern Cross stars with elements of the Uruguayan coat of arms in each corner—a scale, Montevideo’s hill, a horse, and an ox. Its reverse side shows the different symbols of mankind’s connection to the stars arranged using the Universal Constructivism style created by Joaquin Torres Garcia. This coin is engraved by Miguel Battegazzore. It is in mint condition, weighs 25 g, and has a diameter of 37 mm.
