The Uzbekistan 100,000 Som banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan Republic in 2019. The obverse features a geometric quadrant, a sculpture of Mirzo Ulugh Beg, stars and planets in stylized solar systems, and the Uzbek coat of arms. The reverse of the note depicts the entrance to the Ulug Beg Observatory, the country’s map, and an astrolabe. This banknote is equipped with a 5-mm wide windowed security thread with a demetallized UZB. It also has a solid security thread with a demetallized Uzbek text, a watermark that shows Mirzo Ulugh Beg and an electrotype 100000, and a registration device in the form of an astrolabe. This note measures 144 x 78 mm and is in uncirculated condition.
