The Venezuela 1,000 Bolivar Fuerte Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Venezuela between 2016 and 2017. The note has a color combination of rust and green. Its obverse is in a vertical orientation and features Simon Bolivar wearing a military uniform. The reverse depicts the coat of arms of Venezuela, two black-hooded red siskin birds, and the Waraira Repano National Park. The banknote contains a solid security thread and a windowed security thread with a demetallized BCV 100. It also bears a watermark that reveals Simon Bolivar and electrotype 100.
