This uncirculated 1,000 Bolivares Venezuela note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Venezuela. It is a violet-red, yellow, orange, and black note that is dated 1998, bear the signatures of Antonio Casas Gonzalez and Hugo Romero Quintero, and measures 156 x 69 mm. Its obverse side features Acta Solemne de Independencia (declaration of independence), Simon Bolivar wearing military uniform and quill in inkwell as a registration device. Its reverse side shows quills in inkwells, “Firma del Acta de la Independencia” (signing of the declaration of independence) painting by Juan Lovera, names of the signatories and the coat of arms. Security features include a windowed security thread with demetalized 1000 MIL and a watermark of Simon Bolivar and 1000 Bs pattern.
