Venezuela 100 Bolivar Soberano Banknote, 2018, P-106a.3z, UNC, Replacement

The purple 100 Venezuelan Bolivar Soberano replacement note was introduced by the Central Bank of Venezuela in 2018 and shows a serial prefix letter Z. This note is in uncirculated condition, dated 15 January 2018, and signed by Central Bank President Ramon Lobo and Vice President Sohail Hernandez. Its vertically-oriented obverse side features the Federalist leader Ezequiel Zamora. Its reverse side shows the national emblem, a northern muriqui monkey (Brachyteles hypoxanthus), and the Guatopo National Park. Security features include a holographic windowed security thread with demetalized BCV and a watermark of Simon bolivar with an electrotype BCV. Its dimensions are 156 mm x 69 mm.
