Venezuela 2,000 Bolivar Fuerte Banknote, 2016, P-96a, UNC

The Venezuela 2,000 Bolivar Fuerte is part of the family of notes issued from 2007-2017 because of hyperinflation. This 156 x 69 mm paper money is in uncirculated condition. Its vertical-oriented obverse depicts the legendary indigenous tribes leader Cacique Guaicaipuro. Centered on the reverse of this banknote is an American harpy eagle which is also known as Harpia harpyja. The magnificent Salto Ucaima y tepuyes Venado y Kurun in Parque Nacional Canaima is in the background. The National Emblem is also visible on this 156 x 69 mm paper money.
