Venezuela 2,000 Bolivar Fuerte Banknote, 2016, P-96b, UNC

The 2,000 Venezuelan Bolivar Fuerte note is part of the second Bolivar Fuerte series issued from 2007 to 2017 due to hyperinflation. This note is in uncirculated condition, dated 2016, and signed by Central Bank President Ramon Lobo and Vice President Sohail Hernandez. It also has a vertically-oriented front and a horizontally-oriented back. Its obverse side features the indigenous tribe leader Cacique Guaicaipuro. Its reverse side shows an American harpy eagle (Harpia harpyja) with the Parque Nacional Canaima in the background. Security features include a 3-mm wide holographic windowed security thread with demetalized BCV and a watermark of Simon Bolivar with an electrotype BCV and measures 156 x 69 mm.
