The Venezuela 2 Bolivar Soberano is part of the family of notes issued in 2018 under a new currency called the Bolivar Soberano. Its vertical-oriented obverse features Venezuelan War of Independence heroine Josefa Camejo and in the background is a building with a tower. It also displays a bird and flowers as its registration device. On the back banknote is a Yellow-shouldered amazon parrot which is also called Amazona barbadensis. The nations Coat of Arms and the Cayo Sal in Morrocoy National Park are also visible. The banknote has a holographic windowed security thread that has a demetallized BCV. It also bears a portrait of Simon Bolivar and an electrotype BCV as its watermarks. This Venezuela 2 Bolivar Soberano banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
