Venezuela 5,000 Bolivar Fuerte Banknote, 2017, P-97b, UNC

The Venezuela 5,000 Bolivar Fuerte Banknote from 2017 depicts a portrait of a national hero on the front design. Its obverse side features Luisa Caceres de Arismendi, a heroine who fought for the Venezuelan War of Independence. Its reverse side features the coat of arms of Venezuela and two hawksbill turtles with the Montanas de Macanao mountain in the background. The note is 156 x 69 mm in size and is equipped with a Green-to-gold windowed security thread with demetallized BCV 5000 in the scroll, to enhance its security features. The banknote bears the signatures of Ricardo Sanguino and Jose Khan. Placing the note under a UV light would show a watermark image of Luisa Caceres de Arismendi and electrotype 5000. This paper bill is in uncirculated condition.
