The Venezuela 500 Bolivar Fuerte banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Venezuela in 2016. It has a color combination of blue, brown, and green. The vertically oriented obverse side shows Francisco de Miranda wearing a military uniform and a dolphin as a registration device. The reverse side features the coat of arms, two Amazon river dolphins, the Parque Nacional Médanos de Coro, and a gusano flor. This banknote bears a motion windowed and solid security thread and contains a watermark that reflects Francisco de Miranda and electrotype 500.
