The Venezuela 500 Bolivar Fuerte banknote is part of the 2017 issues. It is blue, brown, and green in color and measures 156 x 69 mm. The vertically oriented obverse side shows Francisco de Miranda wearing a military uniform and a dolphin as a registration device. The reverse side features the coat of arms, two Amazon river dolphins (Inia geoffrensis), the Parque Nacional Médanos de Coro, and a gusano flor. This banknote uses a motion windowed and solid security thread and contains a watermark with a Francisco de Miranda and electrotype 500 design. It is graded 58 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
