The Vietnam 2,000 Dong banknote was issued by the State of Vietnam in 1988. It has hints of pink, purple, green, and light blue. The obverse of the paper bill depicts the coat of arms of Vietnam and a portrait of the former president Ho Chi Minh. The reverse of the paper bill features four women workers in a textile factory. The banknote does not contain a security thread but bears a watermark that shows a flower pattern. It measures 135 x 65 mm and is in uncirculated condition. This particular paper bill carries a radar serial number that reads the same forward as backward. It has also been TAP authenticated.
