The Vietnam 500,000 Dong Banknote was introduced by the State Bank of Vietnam in 2009 printed on polymer. It has a combination of green, orange, purple, and blue. Featured on its obverse are the coat of arms of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh. The reverse of the note depicts Ho Chi Minh’s birthplace with trees in Kim Lien village. The note does not contain a security thread, however, it has a shadow image watermark that reveals Ho Chi Minh. It is 152 x 65 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. Additionally, the note has also been TAP authenticated.
