Vinsebeck 1 Mark Notgeld, 1921, Mehl #1362.1b, UNC

This Vinsebeck 1 Mark Notgeld was issued in the Prussian province of Westphalia in 1921. The obverse side of the note depicts the castle of Metternich in the center with the coat of arms and German markings printed on the lower front. The reverse side of the note depicts statues of saints and angels. The note measures 88 x 55 mm, has no watermark nor security thread and it is the dark blue printed variety.
