This banknote set consists of 6 pieces of Weimar 50 pfennig notgeld banknotes. These banknotes are part of the Goethe and Schiller Series issued in 1921 by the City of Weimar in Thuringia. The obverse of these notes features either a portrait drawing of poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe or playwright Friedrich von Schiller while their reverse side bears various designs. These emergency banknotes are in red, green, and blue colors and are 100 x 70 mm in size. Banknotes from this set are in uncirculated condition.
