Reviews:

This banknote set consists of 2 pieces of notgeld banknotes released in 1921 in 50 and 75 pfennig denominations for the Nordhausen-Wernigerode Railway Company. The obverse of the 50-pfennig voucher illustrates naked women flying on broomsticks, a bat, and a crowned figure. On the left is a quote by Faust while on the right is the voucher scrip. Its reverse displays the denomination, an owl, and dragons. A train on a railway can be seen in the background. The front side of the 75 pfennig shows the Nordhausen-Wernigerode route and the denomination. The reverse side reflects a city view and the coat of arms of Wernigerode on the left, a train and the denomination at the center, and cityscape and the emblem of Nordhausen on the right side. The banknotes are 90 x 60 mm and 100 x 67 mm in size, respectively. These paper bills are in uncirculated condition.
