This uncirculated 1,000 West African Franc note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Central Bank of West African States for Ivory Coast. It is a yellow, brown, orange, blue, and pink note that is dated 2003, bear the signatures of Charles Konan Banny and Kossi Assimaidou, and measures 150 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features seven men storing peanuts in large sacks and the head of a young woman wearing a headscarf. Its reverse side shows the penal code, linked carved figures of a seated couple, a mask, thatched roof storage bins on stilts above a river, and two women walking with wicker baskets on their heads. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of a young woman wearing a headscarf.
