West African States - Togo 1,000 Francs Banknote, 2019, P-815Ts, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The West African States - Togo 1,000 Francs Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Western African States in 2019 for Togo. It has a color combination of pink, orange, brown, and purple. Its obverse side shows a sawfish figurine, textbooks, a globe centered on the map of Africa, a chalk slate, a red cross, and the Bowl of Hygieia, the symbol of pharmacy that is made of a snake entwined around a chalice stem. Its reverse side depicts two camels (Camelus dromedarius) in Burkina Faso and the penal code. Security features include a 1-mm wide solid security thread with printed UMOA 1000, a denomination registration device, and a watermark of a sawfish with an electrotype 1000. It is 125 mm x 65 mm in size and is signed by Tiemoko Meyliet Kone and Romuald Wadagni. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
