Western Samoa 1 Tala Banknote, 2020, P-16dCS, UNC, Limited Official Reprint, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Van Reijen International Agencies Limited of Guernsey reprinted the banknotes with Taylor signatures with the permission of the current Central Bank of Samoa. The reprinted version uses a prefix and sans serif mono weight serial number while the original version did not have a prefix and had a serif variable weight serial number font. The Samoan tala banknote is green and measures 138 mm by 77 mm. The obverse has the coat of arms of Western Samoa and depicts a scene of fishermen steering their boat on the sea. The reverse side of the note features a straw hut on the beach surrounded by two palm trees. There is no security thread. However, there is a watermark of BWS pattern. This limited official reprint of the Western Samoa 1 Tala banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
