This uncirculated 1 Tala Western Samoa note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Monetary Board of Western Samoa. It is a green, purple, red, and blue note that is dated 2000 ND, bears the signature of Filipo Vaovasamanaia, and measures 140 x 72 mm. Its obverse side features a flag, mountains and two women weaving. Its reverse side shows two men paddling a canoe in waves, coat of arms and flag. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Malietoa Tanumafili II. However, it has a S-prefix and a Modern reprint banknote.
