The Wien-Vienna 10 Heller Notgeld was issued by the City of Vienna in 1920 as part of the emergency series. The local emergency banknote has red underprint and black print. Its obverse features a palace in a circular frame and flanked by the denomination. The reverse of the notgeld features the banknote’s terms and conditions printed in black on white background. It measures 68 x 42 mm and does not contain a security thread and watermark. This notgeld is made of paper and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
