This banknote set includes two pieces of Winsen notgeld banknotes in denominations of 25 and 50 pfennig issued by the District of Winsen, a Prussian province of Hanover. These banknotes share the same color schemes of light green, light brown, and black. The obverse of the 25 pfennig depicts a shepherd and a herd of sheep. Its reverse features grazing horses and the denomination. The front side of the 50 pfennig displays grazing cows a castle while the back reflects a castle. These emergency banknotes are 100 x 60 mm in size and are in uncirculated condition.
