This used 5,000 Yugoslav dinar banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the National Bank of Yugoslavia. It is a blue banknote that is dated 1994, bears the signature of Dafina Milanovic, and measures 143 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side highlights the Founder of Modern Serbian Literature and the First Minister of Education of Serbia, Dimitrije Dositej Obradovic. Its reverse side features the Novo Hopovo Monastery in northern Serbia. Though this note does not have a security thread, it was printed on watermarked paper with a square pattern.
