This uncirculated 200,000 Zaire banknote is a specimen banknote issued by the Banque du Zaire. It is an orange banknote that is dated 1 March 1992, bears the signature of Bank Governor Nyembo Shabanga, and measures 144 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows a leopard, the national coat of arms, a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint, and a portrait of Mobutu Sese Seko. Its reverse side depicts a view of the Palais du Peuple (Palace of the People) in Kinshasa and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Security features include a solid security thread with printed REPUBLIQUE DU ZAIRE, an all-zero serial number, and a watermark of Mobutu Sese Seko.
