This uncirculated 200 nouveaux zaire banknote is a specimen banknote issued by the Banque du Zaire. It is an orange banknote that bears the signature of Bank Governor Ndiang Kabul, is dated 15 February 1994, and measures 160 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side shows a leopard, the national emblem, a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint, and a portrait of Mobutu Sese Seko. Its reverse side depicts men fishing with nets from a wooden structure and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized REPUBLIQUE DU ZAIRE, an all-zero serial number, and a watermark of Mobutu Sese Seko.
