This Zambia 1,000 Kwacha banknote was issued by the Bank of Zambia in 2006 printed on polymer substrate. The note has a red-violet color scheme and measures 140 x 70 mm. Its front side depicts the Zambian coat of arms, a jacaranda tree, and a fish eagle perched on a branch. Its reverse side depicts an aardvark, a man driving a tractor on a sorghum field, and the Freedom Statue in Lusaka. The banknote carries a watermark that reveals a fish eagle and a registration device in the form of a dove. This 1,000 Zambian kwacha note is in uncirculated condition and is signed by Bank of Zambia Governor Caleb Mailoni Fundanga. Additionally, it has been TAP authenticated by Banknote Worlds experts.
