The Zambia 1,000 Kwacha Banknote was issued by the Bank of Zambia in 2006 printed on polymer substrate. Its front side depicts the Zambian coat of arms, a jacaranda tree, and a fish eagle perched on a branch. Its reverse side depicts an aardvark, a man driving a tractor on a sorghum field, and the Freedom Statue in Lusaka. The banknote carries a watermark that reveals a fish eagle and a registration device in the form of a dove. This 1,000 Zambian kwacha banknote is in uncirculated condition and is signed by Bank of Zambia Governor Caleb Mailoni Fundanga. The red-violet banknote is 140 x 70 mm in size. Additionally, it has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
