This Zambia 10,000 Kwacha banknote was issued in 1992-2003. This specimen version is marked with the word "SPECIMEN" in red overprint. The obverse side of the note features the coat of arms of Zambia along with a fish eagle perched on a branch, a dove, and a Musuku tree. The reverse side features the Freedom Statue in Lusaka and local workers harvesting rice paddy in the center and a porcupine on the left. The note has a dimension of 145 x 70 mm and is equipped with a windowed security thread with a demetalized BOZ 10000 to enhance its security features. A watermark image of a fish eagle is also made visible under UV light.
