Europe 0 Euro banknote from 2017, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition and features Koln Am Rhein.

The Zero Euro banknote was first created by Richard Faile in 2015 with an authorized printing by the European Central Bank (ECB) to promote tourism. On its 2017-3rd print series, the note features the Koln Am Rhein in Germany. It highlighted the historic landmarks and modern architectural buildings in the city of Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city that is home to the twin-spired Cologne Cathedral, the Hohenzollern Bridge, and the Rheinauhafen urban project. The note shares many of the same characteristics of a real Euro except that it is marked as 0 and is not considered a legal tender. Its front design depicts the iconic landmarks of Europe including the Brandenburg Gate, Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum, Sagrada Familia, Manneken Pis, and the Mona Lisa.
