Zero Euro Europe Banknote, UNC, Specimen, Red Over Print

The Zero Euro banknote was designed by the creator of the famous currency souvenirs, Richard Faile, to promote tourism. It has designs aiming to highlight the beauty and history of Europe with an authorized printing by the European Central Bank (ECB). Part of its popular set is a limited-edition piece printed with SPECIMEN in red overprint. The front design of the note depicts famous tourist destinations around Europe including the Brandenburg Gate, Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum, Sagrada Familia, Manneken Pis, and the Mona Lisa. On the reverse is the word SPECIMEN in bold letters. The souvenir banknote shares many of the same features of a real Euro except that it is marked as 0 and is not considered legal tender.
