This used 1,000 Zimbabwean dollar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. It is a blue and gray note that is dated 2003, bears the signature of Dr. Leonard Ladislas Tsumba, and measures 153 x 77 mm. Its obverse side features Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth, a bauhinia flower, and giraffes. Its reverse side shows giraffes, elephants, and a holographic stripe. Security features include a solid security thread with demetallized RBZ 1000 and a Type C watermark of a Zimbabwe bird with an electrotype 1000. It was demonetized in 2006.
