This 1 Zimbabwean dollar replacement note is dated 2007 and bears the signature of Reserve Bank Governor Dr. Gideon Gono. It is a purple note that measures 134 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side shows the perfectly balanced Chiremba Rocks in Epworth. Its reverse side shows a view of Victoria Falls and a Cape buffalo. Security features include a windowed security thread with demetalized RBZ 1 and a Type C Zimbabwe bird watermark with an electrotype 1. It is also a gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average centering. Thus, it is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
