Disclaimer

NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS OF BANKNOTES THAT ARE STILL IN CIRCULATION

There may be widespread, unfounded claims that circulating currencies such as the Indonesian rupiah, Iraqi dinars and/or Vietnamese dong will increase in value relative to the US dollar. Banknote World wishes to warn potential purchasers of such circulating banknotes against expecting that these currencies will be revalued or otherwise increase significantly in value as a currency. Banknote World sells such currencies as collectibles at prices that are already above their face value given the quality preservation and authentication services we provide. Purchasers are advised that while the value of banknotes as collectibles may go up and down based on collector interest, significant increases in value as a circulating currency are NOT likely

Banknote World does not guarantee any future price or value with respect to any banknote that it sells. By purchasing circulating or non-circulating currency from us, you confirm your understanding that Banknote World sells banknotes as collectibles and that the purchasing of banknotes for any reasons other than for collecting purposes is highly speculative. You also confirm you understanding that Banknote World does not guarantee any future price or value with respect to any banknote that it sells. You agree that your purchase of any banknotes and/or coins from Banknote World is for collectible purposes only.

The Zimbabwe 100 Trillion Dollar banknote was issued in 2008. Its obverse features the Chiremba balancing rocks, stylized grains and cow in underprint, and the Zimbabwe bird in OVI. At the back is the Victoria falls beside a cape buffalo. The note is equipped with a 3-mm gold-to-green OVI stripe with repeating RBZ as part of its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would show the geometric triangle pattern on the front and reverse changes from a peach color to bright yellow while the serial numbers change color from red to bright orange on the left and from black to green on the right. The Zimbabwe Bird and RBZ strip both printed in Iridescent ink also changes from bronze to blue. This replacement note is 148 x 74 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
