This used 5 Zimbabwean dollar note is dated and introduced in 2009 and bears the signature of Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor Gideon Gono. It has tan and green colors and dimensions of 148 mm by 74 mm. Its front side features the Chiremba Balancing Rocks in Epworth, a stylized grains and livestock under print pattern, and an optically variable Zimbabwe Bird. Its reverse side features a tiger fish and the Kariba Dam on the Zambezi River. Aside from the OVI bird, the note also has a 3-mm iridescent stripe with repeating RBZ. The note was demonetized in 2015.
