This damaged 50,000 Zimbabwean dollar note is a bearer cheque issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. It is a purple note that is dated 1 February 2006, bears the signature of Governor Dr. Gideon Gono, and measures 148 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side features the RBZ logo and a flame lily. Its reverse side shows a view of Victoria Falls. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized RBZ and a Type C watermark of a Zimbabwe bird with an electrotype RBZ. The cheque expires on 31 December 2006.
