Zimbabwe 50 Million Dollars Banknote, 2008, P-79a.1, PMG 66

This 50 million Zimbabwean dollar note is from the 2008 Dollar series. It is a green note that measures 148 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side features the Chiremba Balancing Rocks in Epworth. Its reverse side features a Cape buffalo and the ancient ruins of Zimbabwe. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. However, it has a 7-mm wide iridescent stripe with repeating RBZ. It is also a gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average centering. Thus, it is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
